Ombudsman Cloud 003
Gives access to 1 – 3 users
One-time Setup Fee per user: $500
License fee per person per year: $600 (includes ongoing maintenance, automated updates, and standard support)
Base Cloud Server Maintenance – $495/mo
Pricing includes storage capacity of 50GB. Additional charges will be accrued for storage needs exceeding 50GB. See below for Cloud Storage Pricing.

Gives access to 4 – 10 users
One-time Setup Fee per user: $500
License fee per person per year: $400 (still includes ongoing maintenance, automated updates, and standard support)

Cloud Storage Pricing
Cloud pricing listed above includes 50GB of storage. Avondale Software applies monthly charges for storage needs grater than 50GB.
Each additional 50GB of storage, rounded up to the nearest 50GB: $65/block/mo
Example: Your firm is using 120GB of storage. We round this up to the near 50GB to arrive at 150GB and subtract the included 50GB. You will be charged for 100GB of data at a rate of ($65/block/mo) * (2 blocks) = $130/mo
