We have updated our website to a new look, using WordPress and the Neoclassical theme. For new vistors who have just found out about the Ombudsman, our new website is easier to use and has more information. For existing customers, the new site has a blog that is regularly updated with information about new features and also helpful tutorials on existing, possibly undiscovered features.

I will be in New Orleans on May 12-15 for the 62nd NOSSCR conference, where I will be demonstrating the latest version of the Ombudsman.
